Dues and Contributions
Article 14: The amount of annual membership dues to be paid by Active Members and Associate Members shall be determined by the Board of Governors.
Sole Paragraph — Honorary Members shall not pay dues.
Article 15: Membership dues for Active Members and Associate Members of the American Society shall be billed on or about September 1st every year. Any member who is delinquent in the payment of such dues for 30 days after the respective due date will be automatically suspended from the American Society until such time as the respective payment has been made, and during such time shall not be entitled to any of the rights and privileges normally accorded to members.
Article 16: During the course of the fiscal year, the Board of Governors may periodically readjust the amount of dues to be payable by members who shall join the Society after September 30th, such readjustment to be on a pro-rata basis and to take into account the effects of inflation.
Article 17: No refund of membership dues shall be made for any reason.
Article 18: Contributions other than membership dues may be accepted by the American Society.
