Annual General Meeting 2026 | RSVP

The Board of Directors of The American Society of São Paulo (AmSoc) cordially invites you, as a respected member of AmSoc, to participate in our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Cocktail Reception on April 28, 2025, from 7:00 PM.

The AGM will present summary of AmSoc’s activities in the previous fiscal year, announce the results of the elections of new Board of Directors (Board) and Bylaws changes, and reveals the recipient of the Eric Poliak Award for Community Service.

This year we have proposed some additional changes to our Bylaws, suggested by our legal advisors (Azevedo Sette Advogados), designed to bring them further in line with best practices for similar organizations and our own actual practice.
