AmSoc partnered twice with G10 Favelas totaling 47 volunteers preparing 800 lunches, supporting local families in Paraisópolis with dignity and care.

Over 200+ volunteers annually, help create a magical day of games, food, entertainment and gifts for 240 underprivileged children from our charities and other local care homes at Graded - The American School of São Paulo.

AmSoc funded 5 renovation projects and essential materials to improve children’s living spaces.

• Lar Tia Edna – Bathroom renovation & roof replacement

• Casa da Criança – New headquarters project & sofa renovation

• Vivenda da Criança – New rooftop

AmSoc provided new towels and bed sheets to three of our partner charities: Lar Tia Edna, Casa da Criança, and Santa Fé, helping improve comfort and care for the children.

Members contributed to purchase a new crib for Casa da Criança, giving a child a safer, more comfortable place to sleep.

AmSoc donated 6 new sewing machines to Grupo Primavera to support their “Mãos de Fada” project, empowering women with creativity and hands-on learning.

Volunteers led an exciting two-day event, helping kids from our charities design and build their own wooden race cars, then cheered them on as they raced for prizes. The race was held at Graded - The American School of São Paulo.

Volunteers supported 14 kids from Grupo Primavera in a six month long online English-speaking journey.

INC (International Newcomer’s Club) graciously provides AmSoc access to their famous Bazaars to sell used books, proceeds support educational field trips for our charities.

AmSoc funded 20 field trips to museums, parks, theaters, and cultural activities for our children’s charities during school vacation. One highlight is the Paranapiacaba Cultural Excursion for 40 children and staff from Casa da Criança and Lar Tia Edna. This unforgettable adventure took the children on a scenic historic train ride, discovering the charm, history, and culture of this beautiful village.

Members donated funds to purchase 80 warm blankets for Vivenda da Criança to help families from Parelheiros region through the colder months.

Members sponsored 20 children from Lar Tia Edna to attend this fun-filled springtime celebration.
